the location was idyllic, with a beautiful view of the river and a nearby village just a short walk away. On a Sunday, I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at a pub in the village, savoring a delicious meal. the room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was spacious and clean. the owners were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the scrumptious breakfast made with high, quality, locally, sourced ingredients. the facilities were top, notch, including a lovely garden area by the river.

The only minor drawback was the noise from the road outside when the windows were open.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming guest house. The owners, Tina and her husband, were extremely welcoming and helpful. They made me feel right at home. The house itself is lovely, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a large private bathroom, which felt like having my own little suite. The view over the river was stunning, and it was a great location for exploring the area. There were also several good places to eat within walking distance, and a short drive away is the picturesque town of Hay on Wye. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff made sure I was well taken care of and even kept the coffee coming!
